Please reach us at hello@rebuildingrelationships.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.
I offer recovery, couples, and group coaching—both in person (for local clients) and online (for clients across multiple states/countries). Specialties include betrayal trauma, relationship challenges, sex addiction recovery support (for partners and couples), and identity rebuilding. I also offer support for shame, boundaries, codependency, life transitions, and more.
Recovery coaching helps individuals who’ve been deeply hurt by someone they relied on for safety and connection—often in the context of infidelity, secrecy, emotional abuse, or sex addiction.
The program is designed to help you process shock, reclaim your sense of self, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild trust in your own voice and intuition. You're not overreacting. You're responding to a rupture in your core relationship. And there is a way through the pain.
Yes. I work with couples who want to heal from betrayal, attachment ruptures, damaged trust, and emotional disconnection. I help couples develop deeper intimacy and enriched communication, using structured tools and trauma-informed approaches to help both partners build emotional safety, clarity, and shared agreements. Coaching sessions include practical work around formal disclosure, communication issues, relational repair, boundaries, and rebuilding trust.
Yes. I work with clients who are in active recovery and want to heal the damage done, understand their emotional world, develop empathy, and become safe partners. If you're ready to take full responsibility—and want support—I'm here to guide that process with clarity, compassion, and accountability.
I offer coaching grounded in research-backed practices delivered with warmth, candor, and practical strategies you can use right away. If you’re ready to show up—even when it’s messy—you’ll feel at home with me. Stuck, overwhelmed, or craving support? Let’s talk and get you moving forward.
Expect a mix of psychoeducation (the “why”), self-inquiry (the “what’s true for me”), skill-building (the “how”), and supported processing (the “I can do this”). I use proven, integrative methods to help you regulate your nervous system, communicate clearly, and take values-aligned action.
No. If finances are a concern, let’s talk about options.
The first step is to reach out and schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation, so we can determine if we’re a good fit. No pressure—just a conversation. You can email me directly at hello@rebuildingrelationships.org. Once we schedule, you’ll receive intake paperwork, and we’ll go from there.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, either 50 or 75 minutes long, depending on their individual needs. We may adjust the frequency to biweekly or as-needed. The pace is always collaborative.
Absolutely. You can attend alone or with your partner. In some cases, we begin with individual coaching before shifting into couples work. If you’re unsure what you need, we can talk it through during your consultation.
Yes! While betrayal trauma is a core specialty, I also work with people coping with anxiety, grief, emotional dysregulation, parenting issues, spiritual growth, boundaries, and personal reinvention. If something inside you is aching for clarity, change, or deeper connection—I can help.
Rebuilding Relationships is based in North Carolina, but I offer virtual sessions to clients worldwide. Virtual sessions are secure, confidential, and accessible through Zoom.
Yes. Doing this work can feel vulnerable and even scary. But if you're here reading this, it means you're already taking the first step. You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t need to be “ready” or “healed.” You just have to show up—and I’ll meet you there, with no judgment and deep respect for your courage.
